The venue has 54,000 square feet of space and maximum flexibility making it suitable for a six-person meeting or a gala celebration with 3,000 attendees. The column-free Center Hall is a 36,000-square-foot room that can accommodate up to 200 trade show booths or 3,500 guests in a theater-style arrangement. For greater flexibility, the hall can be separated into two equal sections. Generous pre-function areas provide space for check-in tables or a welcome reception.
Additional options include the flexible fourth-floor space that can be divided into as many as nine rooms that can be configured in a variety of layouts. With rooms ranging in size from 1,000 to 6,000 square feet, the fourth floor can accommodate groups as large as 600. The third-floor Executive Conference Suite offers a private gathering space with a capacity of up to 60. These rooms attract corporate board retreats or committee meetings, and they are a convenient location when serving as the convention headquarters or for hosting a VIP reception.
The modern 410-seat Theater is the facility’s performing arts theater and lecture hall. The Theater is an ideal location for a presentation, talk or artistic performance. High quality sound, striking lighting options and an unobstructed view from every seat makes this one of the region’s finest performing arts venues.
Bellevue is the heart of Seattle’s tech scene and the Meydenbauer Center is designed for high-tech gatherings.
