MODERN CONFERENCE AND EVENT FACILITY IN A CONVENIENT LOCATION
A soaring wall of windows fills the spacious lobby of Federal Way, Washington’s Performing Arts & Events Center. Commanding views of Mount Rainier and an outdoor public plaza are highlights of the newest full-service event facility in south King County. The large auditorium along with flexible event space makes the Performing Arts & Event Center ideal for conferences, trade shows, corporate meetings and banquets.
The 46,000-square-foot building is a multi-purpose performance and conference venue. A 718-seat auditorium is the centerpiece of the facility. The auditorium features a full performance stage. Seating for 500 guests in the orchestra section and 200 in the balcony makes the auditorium ideally suited for a seminar or for the general session of a conference.
In addition to the auditorium, the venue has 6,000 square feet of meeting and event space in three flexible rooms. Two 1.600-square-foot conference rooms are located adjacent to the auditorium. Each conference room can accommodate up to 150 seated guests.
The conference rooms are equipped with sound-proofed accordion walls, and each room can be divided in half for maximum flexibility. The walls of the conference rooms open into the expansive atrium, offering extra space for large gatherings. Utilizing the atrium, the facility can support a group meeting or banquet for more than 400 guests.
On-site food and beverage service can provide catering for any function. Whether your group just wants break-time refreshments or you are offering an exquisite dinner banquet, the Center’s caterers can meet your needs. The Center has the latest high-tech audiovisual equipment, and it can support any performance or presentation. Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the
facility and free parking is available.
The convenient downtown location is in the center of Federal Way’s dining and shopping district. For Meeting attendees from out of the area, several major hotels are located within a few blocks of the facility.
Located mid-way between Seattle and Tacoma, Federal Way enjoys a prime western Washington location for meeting planners. It is about 20 minutes from Sea-Tac International Airport and I-5 offers easy automobile access.
