The venue offers 14 creative and contemporary meeting and event spaces that can accommodate groups from a small boardroom meeting to a large conference. The 7,176-square-foot The Nines Ballroom features Murano glass chandeliers and 18-foot ceilings accommodating as many as 600 guests in a theater-style arrangement.
The Nines Ballroom is ideal for a large conference or gala banquet. The room can be divided, so groups of all sizes will find just the right space to meet their needs. The 2,268-square-foot Gallery is another large flexible space that holds up to 250 guests. The variety of rooms located on the same floor as the ballroom make adjourning to breakout sessions a seamless affair.
Five small meeting rooms and three executive boardrooms provide intimate spaces for gatherings from two to 20 in size. With a moveable wine wall that can divide into two spaces, the Barrel Room is the venue’s newest space. It holds up to 140 in a theater-style setup.
The modern meeting rooms feature state-of the-art audiovisual equipment and many of them offer cityscape views. The customized food and beverage catering service brings the taste of Portland to any gathering. The hotel’s event staff can provide the amenities to make your meeting or event a success.

For dining pleasure, the hotel’s two restaurants, The Urban Farmer and Departure, emphasize sustainable ingredients and farm-to-table preparation.
