STUNNINGLY RE-IMAGINED FACILITY IN A CONVENIENT WINE COUNTRY SETTING

Decorated with original artwork and photographs that pay homage to the history of the region, McMenamins Grand Lodge offers a unique setting for planners to consider. Built in 1922, the former Masonic Lodge in Forest Grove, Oregon, has been recreated into a facility that offers modern convenience while reflecting the McMenamins quirky style.

Any meeting or event at the Grand Lodge will leave a lasting impression on your group. The fanciful, yet comfortable, event spaces attract business conferences, private retreats and special celebrations. A wide variety of indoor and outdoor spaces are available throughout the grounds.

The Children’s Cottage, originally the Lodge’s orphanage, holds a variety of bright spaces. Three function rooms at the Cottage can hold between 25 and 75 guests for meetings, while the entire Cottage and adjacent outdoor spaces can be rented to accommodate up to 150.

The Main Building spaces include the Alice Inkley Room, a versatile space holding up to 60 in a theater-style arrangement, and three smaller rooms that are ideal for meetings and retreats with up to 20 attendees.

Many of the indoor spaces feature large windows overlooking the expansive grounds, and several have vintage fireplaces for added ambience. Outdoor garden spaces are ideal for large-scale events during the warmer months. Capacities of the various gardens groves and outdoor spaces range from 50 to 1,000.

Whether you are planning a healthy selection of breakfast items, breaktime refreshments, a formal dinner for a small group or a large banquet, the catering department will provide what you need. Each pf the meeting and event spaces are fully equipped with the necessary audiovisual equipment. Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the facility and parking is free.

For groups wanting to include an overnight stay, the Grand Lodge offers a fun experience. The Lodge’s 90 guest rooms are fitted with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The facility has a spa and a variety of unique bars and restaurants.

Located 25 miles west of Portland, McMenamins Grand Lodge is close enough to the city for easy access, yet it is far enough away that groups will be able to leave the distractions of the city behind.
