Mayflower Park Hotel


For nearly 90 years, the stately, historic Mayflower Park Hotel has been a downtown Seattle landmark. First opened in 1927, it has been in continuous operation ever since. Despite regular refurbishing and upgrading, the hotel retains its historic character and sophisticated allure. With 160 beautifully-appointed guest rooms and suites, a fine-dining restaurant and a relaxing cocktail lounge, the Mayflower Park Hotel is an attractive option for retreats and conferences.

A total of 4,300 square feet of meeting space in six rooms of various sizes can accommodate groups of up to 150 attendees. Each meeting room offers its own unique style and furnishings. The 1,150 square-foot Fireside Room features a fireplace and comfortable furnishings surrounded by palm plants. It can hold 105 for a reception or is suitable for a smaller, intimate meeting. The Fireside Room is conveniently connected to two smaller rooms that can serve as breakout rooms or are perfect for groups up to 55.

The 1,500 square-foot Plymouth Room, traditionally appointed with brass fixtures and graceful chandeliers, can accommodate 100 guests for a formal dinner. For an intimate business meeting or private dining experience, the 286 square-foot Board Room can serve up to 16 guests.

Many of the meeting rooms have 70-inch LCD monitors, and complimentary WiFi is available throughout the facility. Full-service catering is available. Whether it is a special theme for a one-of-a-kind event, a relaxing group yoga experience or a team-building specialty cocktail class, the event staff can work with you to customize a group bonding experience.

The Mayflower Park’s location in downtown Seattle offers a variety of activities for groups. The hotel is directly connected to the Westlake Mall with more than 80 stores and is only a few blocks from Seattle’s acclaimed Pike Place Market. All the action of Seattle’s waterfront is nearby, and a short ride on the monorail takes guests to the Seattle Center and Space Needle.
