The Inn at Gig Harbor is the only full-service hotel in town and is ten minutes from the picturesque village of Gig Harbor that boasts magnificent views of Mt. Rainier. The inn’s door-to-door airport shuttle service, onsite car rentals, and extended discounted room rates make it an ideal location for meetings, conferences, and corporate retreats.
Guests will appreciate its attractive gathering area with a river rock fireplace, its mix of mission and contemporary style furnishings, and décor highlighting the town’s fishing history. There are 64 rooms and suites with all of the modern amenities, and 13 room styles that include a selection of suites with fireside living rooms, workspaces, and four two-room suites with an adjoining boardroom that seats up to twelve.
The hotel has complimentary WiFi, a business center with touch screen computers, free parking, complimentary breakfast at their café, a 24-hour hospitality center, an independent massage studio and a seasonal trolley that provides access to uptown shopping centers and historic downtown.
The event space is on the first floor and totals 4,000 square feet which is well-suited for a 220-guest conference with seminars and exhibits. The 2,521 square-foot Ballroom can seat 250 theater-style, 125 in a classroom setup, 175 in a banquet and 300 for a reception. This room can be divided into three smaller rooms—the Paradise, Rainier, and Olympic. At 1,025 square feet, the Paradise Room is the largest and ideal for theater seating and receptions up to 100. The Rainier Room seats 90 theater style, 70 for a reception, and 48 for a banquet. The Olympic Room, at 546 square feet, is appropriate for smaller events, classrooms, and seminars.
In addition to the ballroom, the 672 square-foot Cascade Room and 520 square-foot Narrows Room, are suitable for theater style seating for small groups, classrooms and banquets. At 350 square feet, the Harbor Room is appropriate for planning retreats, smaller gatherings, and breakouts. All rooms are hard-wired for high-speed internet, a selection of audiovisual equipment and services and onsite catering packages are available.
Groups will enjoy a mix of local activities such as kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, gondola rides, boat tours, distillery tours, and an escape room.
