SCENIC CONFERENCE VENUE IN THE SHADOW OF MONTANA’S BITTERROOT MOUNTAINS
With the imposing Bitterroot and Sapphire Mountain Ranges towering in the background, Hamilton, Montana, is home to the Bitterroot River Inn and Conference Center. The 65-room hotel rests on the banks of the Bitterroot River about 45 miles south of Missoula and is perfectly suited for a retreat or mid-size conference.
The facility offers approximately 3,400 square feet of flexible conference space. The 2,908 square-foot Grand Ballroom accommodates 250 attendees for a reception or presentation and 200 for a banquet. The Grand Ballroom can be divided into two rooms – the 1,768 square-foot Tammany Room holding up to 150 guests and the 1,140 square-foot Montana Room accommodating up to 90 for a reception. Additionally, the Sapphire Room can serve as a breakout space or it can accommodate 40 for a banquet or 50 for a reception.
Conference participants will find modern audiovisual equipment, complimentary WiFi and free parking. A variety of local caterers are available to meet your banquet or reception needs.
