The facility features a little over 5,000 square feet of meeting space in four stylish meeting rooms. Maple hardwood floors and elegant, arched windows add sophistication to the 2,300-square-foot Grand Ballroom. The room can accommodate 150 theater-style or host a reception for 250. With large windows overlooking the Bridger Mountain range, the 1,600-square-foot Main Ballroom seats 100 theater-style. It is ideal for a small conference or a social function.

A third event space, the 700-square-foot Petite Ballroom, and additional suites accommodate smaller gatherings and can serve as breakout rooms. Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the facility and modern audiovisual equipment provides support for all your conference needs. The venue’s restaurant, Ted’s Montana Grill, and its lounge, Bacchus Pub, provide on-site catering whether it is break-time refreshments or a full-service banquet.

While The Baxter Hotel does not have guest rooms available, a variety of fine hotels are located a few steps away from the facility. Visitors to Bozeman will find an abundance of activities to occupy their time. Downtown Bozeman offers a variety of shops and eateries in a historic old-West setting and the region is full of outdoor recreation opportunities. Yellowstone National Park is only a 90-minute drive from Bozeman making an outing to the park an attractive option for event attendees.

Interstate 90 offers scenic highway access to Bozeman from the all areas of the Pacific Northwest, and the Bozeman Airport has daily flights between Bozeman and Seattle or Portland.
