SEATTLE’S DOWNTOWN WELCOMES NEW HOTEL
Nestled in the center of Seattle’s historic Pioneer Square neighborhood, the Embassy Suites by Hilton Seattle Downtown Pioneer Square hotel is scheduled to open this spring. The convenient location and modern facility will make this hotel an attractive option for meeting and event planners.
The 23-story facility has a grand six-story atrium that is the ideal setting for a welcome reception that will wow your guests. Meeting facilities feature large windows letting in natural light, modern technology, full-service on-site catering and a professional support team.
The hotel boasts nearly 10,000 square feet of meeting and event space including one of the largest hotel ballrooms in downtown Seattle. For large conferences, the 7,433-square-foot pillarless King Street Ballroom can accommodate 545 guests in a theater-style arrangement. The room can be divided into three separate spaces that accommodate between 135 and 190 guests. The large pre-function space adjacent to the ballroom can serve as an exhibit hall and registration area. Connected to the space, the Perch Bar offers an excellent space to network and socialize before or after the conference.
A variety of functions are available for breakout sessions. These smaller rooms can accommodate between six and 30 people for corporate board meetings and brainstorming retreats. The latest in audiovisual equipment including video streaming services will make any presentation a breeze. The full-service business center and secretarial services complement the meeting facilities.
The hotel’s 282 guest rooms include studios and one-bedroom suites, providing a comfortable home base for meeting attendees who want to linger and explore Seattle. Hotel guests will enjoy complimentary WiFi and free made-to-order breakfasts. Guests can dine at 13 Coins, a classic Seattle dining institution that is open 24 hours a day. The hotel’s outdoor deck offers views of CenturyLink Stadium, the waterfront and Mount Rainier.
All of Settle’s attractions are nearby. Whether you want to stroll the waterfront, wander through the Pike Place Market, catch a ball game or peruse Seattle’s Chinatown and International District, you will not have to venture far from the hotel.
The central location, near the transportation hub of the city, means that a variety of transportation options are just steps away. Guests can arrive by train, light rail, cruise ship or ferry, and the hotel is only minutes away from I-5.
