The mountains of central and western Idaho are renowned for their scenery and recreational opportunities. MCCALL

You don’t have to be an avid outdoor adventurer to enjoy the area. An afternoon exploring the town or lounging on the shore of Payette Lake offers quiet relaxation. Whatever the draw, McCall is the favorite destination for many.

McCall is located a scenic two-hour drive from Boise and the Boise Airport. Charter flights are available to the McCall Airport from Boise.

Meet and Stay
Lounging on the shores of Payette Lake, the Shore Lodge is a centerpiece of this region’s all-season wonderland. The lodge delivers a cozy and intimate resort experience for guests in its immaculate suites. With 13 meeting and event spaces totaling 19,000 square feet, the Shore Lodge has just the right space for groups as small as 10 or as large as 300. A massive stone fireplace, rustic wooden architecture and large windows overlooking the lake are highlights of the Upper Payette Pavilion. The elegantly appointed Ford Theater provides tiered seating for up to 43 and is handy for a keynote presentation, lecture or even a night of movies. Additional rooms are ideal for small group meetings and breakout sessions.

Tucked away high in Idaho’s central mountains, Brundage Mountain Resort is a classic Idaho ski resort. With 46 named trails and 18,000 acres of backcountry trails accessed by Snowcat, Brundage offers a wide variety of options for skiers of all experience levels.

The majestic scenery forms the backdrop for a variety of spaces within the resort’s Main Lodge that range from cozy to substantial. Meeting and event options can accommodate between 70 and 200 guests. The rustic, pub-style setting of Smoky’s Bar & Grill can accommodate about 100 guests for a business meeting, banquet or reunion. With expansive mountain views, the large plaza and outdoor deck offer picturesque locations for a tented summer event. The outdoor areas can accommodate as many as 250 guests.

Heavy wooden timbers and rustic mountain-lodge décor highlight the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hunt Lodge. With all the modern amenities, the lodge is conveniently located in the center of McCall. The meeting rooms can accommodate as many as 300 for a conference or event. The Best Western Plus McCall Lodge & Suites, located just outside of town, has a meeting room with space for 75 guests.

Out and About
Noted for its extensive outdoor activity options, the McCall region offers plenty of team-building and post-conference pursuits in any season. Winter visitors can ski, snowshoe or snowmobile at one of the area’s world-class ski areas. Warmer seasons offer hiking, biking, golf and a variety of water sports.

Art galleries, a diverse music scene and restaurants for every palate make McCall attractive for post-conference relaxation, while an evening cruise on Payette Lake provides the perfect end to a long day of meetings.

CASCADE
The mountains of west central Idaho loom above Lake Cascade as the Payette River tumbles its way through the valley. The town of Cascade sits in the center of a scenic recreational playground that offers plenty to see and do in any season.

Located 75 miles north of Boise, Cascade offers meeting and event attendees the opportunity to get away from their daily routine without traveling too far. The area has much to see and do throughout the year.

KETCHUM AND SUN VALLEY
