For conference breakout sessions, the room can be divided into smaller sections. Two state-of-the-art conference boardrooms, the Sterling Room, seating up to 22 people, and the Golding Room, with a capacity of 12, are ideal for an intimate board retreat or planning session.

Additional spaces include a private dining space and a small meeting room near the business center in the lobby. The meeting rooms feature the latest in audiovisual technology, including a projector and 12-foot projection screen in the Cosmopolitan Grand Ballroom. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the hotel. The Eastlund’s 168 guest rooms and suites offer contemporary luxury with convenient access to downtown Portland and all the city’s eclectic neighborhoods. For dining, the rooftop Altibira City Tavern, serves fresh Pacific Northwest cuisine along with sweeping city views. For a casual snack, Citizen Baker, located on the lobby level, offers artisanal bakery fare, gourmet coffee and light meals. The Altibira City Tavern is also the exclusive caterer for meetings and events at the hotel.

The hotel’s location, across the street from the Oregon Convention Center and three blocks from the Moda Center, puts meeting and event attendees into the center of a vibrant section of the city.
