The hotel features 12,000 square feet of flexible meeting space with eleven meeting rooms that accommodate a small group of five or a conference of 500. There is also additional outdoor courtyard seating for up to 300 guests.
The University Ballroom is the largest space at 2,916 square feet. It accommodates 120 in a classroom set up, 300 theater style and connects with four other rooms, the Empire, Palouse, Washington and Idaho. These rooms allow for an additional 3,400 square feet of space. The Silver room has 2,345 square feet and accommodates 200 theater style. Its adjoining 920 square-
foot Gold room accommodates 80 theater style.
Three smaller rooms, the Centennial, Appaloosa, and Regents, are well suited for breakout sessions and classrooms. For groups up to twelve, there is a boardroom. Meeting amenities include complimentary WiFi, audiovisual equipment and services, full catering and bar services and catering packages.
The 173-room hotel is retro in architectural style with soundproof concrete walls and contemporary decor. Guests will appreciate the spacious lobby with a two-sided fireplace and seating for socializing. The hotel features traditional guest rooms and three styles of suites with living areas and half baths. Of note, the executive suite and the presidential suite with a bedroom separated by doors are well-suited for small hosted events. All rooms come with modern amenities, refrigerators and microwaves.
