NEW WATERFRONT HOTEL BRINGS MEETING SPACE TO RENTON, WASHINGTON
A fall opening is scheduled for the newest major hotel on the shores of Lake Washington. Located in Renton,
Washington, the hotel will be a full-service conference facility combining the natural beauty of the Northwest with modern amenities. With four water-facing terraces providing fresh-air views of Lake Washington and the Seattle skyline, the new facility will offer a stunning location for a meeting or event.
The hotel will feature more than 60,000 square feet of meeting and event space that includes 23,000 square feet of outdoor terraces. The first-floor Grand Ballroom will offer the flexibility of nine separate sections. The Ballroom is ideal for a large conference and it offers a variety of options for dividing the space to accommodate smaller groups or breakout sessions.
The third floor will have nine additional meeting spaces that range from the 4,972-square-foot Olympic Ballroom to the cozy Adams Room. The wide array of room sizes means that any group will find the ideal space for a meeting, workshop, board retreat or special event. The latest audiovisual equipment will be available in addition to high speed internet and WiFi. On-site catering will accommodate the needs of any gathering, whether it is break-time snacks or a full-scale banquet.
The 12-floor hotel will have 347 guest rooms with all the high-quality amenities and will provide comfort and unparalleled views. A waterfront restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating will offer Northwest-inspired fare. The Renton location makes the venue easily accessible. Located nine miles from Sea-Tac International Airport and 11 miles from downtown Seattle, the venue will be convenient to all the Seattle Metropolitan area. It is easily accessed from both I-5 and I-405.
